I have followed a vegan lifestyle for over two decades. A few years ago, I
experienced nutrient deficiencies that left me exhausted, until a nutrigenetic test revealed what my body was lacking. Adjusting my diet to suit my DNA restored my energy and transformed my entire approach to plant-based nutrition.

I also discovered that my body responds better to endurance-based activity than to strength-focused training. Understanding my genetic tendencies for recovery, injury risk, and musculoskeletal support allowed me to adapt how I move, train, and recover, helping me feel stronger, more resilient, and better supported in my active life.

Today, I help others find the clarity I once needed, supporting plant-based individuals in understanding their bodies, avoiding guesswork, and feeling energised and confident in their daily lives.
