Can I work with you without a DNA test?

The DNA test provides the most personalised information; however, you can purchase the personalised plant-based meal plan (£75), designed for your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. This option is ideal if you prefer not to undergo testing or would like to begin with general guidance before considering DNA analysis.

How is the DNA test taken?

The DNA test is completely non-invasive. You’ll receive a small saliva collection kit with clear instructions. It takes only a few minutes to provide the sample, which you then seal and return by post. Once received, the accredited lab extracts and analyses your DNA to generate your personalised nutrigenetic report.

How long until I get results?

Once your sample arrives at the lab, it undergoes DNA extraction and analysis. This process typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on volume and logistics. As soon as your results are ready, we notify you and provide your full report along with a consultation to interpret your data into clear, practical nutrition steps.

Is my data safe?

Protecting your privacy is our priority. All genetic data is handled in line with GDPR regulations. Your saliva sample is processed by an accredited partner lab, and raw data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
